'Finding inspiration at every turn'

Part of my journey to a completely plant-based diet began just over 30 years ago. It has involved considerable experimenting, adapting, creating, and re-creating recipes.

​

What I really missed during that journey however, was Pavlova! For me, a life without this queen of all desserts was too much of a comprise. So I decided to solve this problem by creating a plant-based alternative. 

​

Roll on 10 years and the result of this journey was the creation of the Veringue® - because nobody should go without a delicious and guilt-free indulgence.  

​

At Pretty Pink Potato we create plant-based meringue - the Veringue® - and desserts.

[Original: For as long as I can remember I always wanted to make a difference in the world & always felt a deep connection to nature and all living creatures. To that end, I re-evaluated my lifestyle and the most instinctive activity in that was our food source and how to make it align with what the universe required from me and not what I should force on the planet.]
