We thoroughly recommended using Flora Plant cream (PPP are not affiliated with this product, it is simply the best plant-based cream for veringue desserts).

Whip it up straight from the fridge.

Use a hand whisk or stand mixer with a balloon whisk (stick blenders don't provide the aeration).

No need to add sugar. Whip until stiff.

    We add a premium quality Organic Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Bean Pod Powder for an extra layer of luxury.

    We have conscienscously chosen our packaging: It is a compostable plant-based cellulose certified to the European (EN13432) norm for Home & Industrially compostable packaging.

    Once opened it can be stored in the original packaging in a cool dark place.

    Although this product has a long shelf life we have found they are at their best consumed within a couple of weeks. The taste is not affected when kept stored as suggested but the texture may change and become more brittle over time. Which ofcourse if great if you like your veringue crispy! :)
