Veringue® macarons are not only simple and quick to prepare, but they also bring an elegant touch to any occasion, whether formal or casual. Here's how to create these impressive vegan delights.



Components:

  • Vanilla Veringue®

  • Whipped Plant-Based Cream

  • Melted Oat Milk Chocolate


Assembly:

  1. Chocolate Dipping: Dip the Veringues in melted oat milk chocolate or drizzle the chocolate over them for a playful touch. Ensure the chocolate isn't too hot to avoid melting the meringue.

  2. Chilling: Place the chocolate-covered Veringues in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

  3. Cream Sandwiching: Once chilled, sandwich together two Veringues with a generous dollop of plant-based whipped cream.

  4. Decoration: For a pop of color and extra flair, garnish with fresh mint leaves.



For a Little Extra:
