Components:

  • Vanilla Veringue®

  • Whipped Plant-Based Cream

  • Melted Vegan Chocolate


Assembly:

  1. Chocolate Dipping: Dip the Veringues in melted oat milk chocolate or drizzle the chocolate over them for a playful touch. Ensure the chocolate isn't too hot to avoid melting the meringue.

  2. Chilling: Place the chocolate-covered Veringues in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

  3. Cream Sandwiching: Once chilled, sandwich together two Veringues with a generous dollop of plant-based whipped cream.

  4. Decoration: For a pop of colour and extra flair, garnish with fresh mint leaves.



For a Little Extra:

Add a refreshing twist by squeezing juice from mint leaves into the whipped cream for a lush, light green filling.
