Great Tips

To maximise nutritional availability, Potato Protein Isolate should be gently heated before use.

Dissolve the desired amount in a small quantity of water or plant milk,

then heat to at least 75–90°C for 2–5 minutes while stirring.

This helps to denature the protein making the amino acids more digestible and increasing overall protein quality.

 

Allow to cool slightly before adding to smoothies or cold recipes.
