Veringue® Catering

Our Veringues are made with non-GMO potato proteins & starches.

Enjoy on their own or use as a component for puddings, cakes & desserts such as Pavlova, Eton Mess, or your own creation.

Our packaging is compostable plant based cellulose certified to the European (EN13432) norm for Industrially compostable packaging.

Once open store in an airtight container.

Although this product has an 8 week (aprox) shelf life they are at their best consumed when fresh. The taste is not affected when kept stored as suggested but the texture can become more brittle over time.

Unrefined sugar, fairtrade refined sugar, organic potato starch, non GMO potato protein, non GMO modified potato starch, organic vanilla bean pod powder, raising agent: bicarbonate of soda.

We carefully select the ingredients used in our products and take every reasonable precaution to minimise the risk of allergen cross-contact.

Although our ingredients do not intentionally contain all of the regulated food allergens, our production and repackaging environment also handles some of the 14 regulated allergens recognised under UK food law. As a result, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from unintended traces of allergens.

Our production area is regularly cleaned and sanitised, and we follow documented food-safety procedures designed to minimise the risk of cross-contact.

The 14 regulated allergens are:

• Celery

• Cereals containing gluten

• Crustaceans

• Eggs

• Fish

• Peanuts

• Lupin

• Milk

• Molluscs

• Mustard

• Nuts

• Sesame

• Soya

• Sulphur dioxide and sulphites (above the legal threshold)
