Tip for Desserts with Whipped Cream: Flora Plant Cream gives a lighter whip than Elmlea Plant. Use a balloon whisk if possible. Avoid using a stick blender.

I recommend not adding sugar to any other element i.e cream, fruit; the veringue balances it perfectly.

Additional veringue can be added to the dessert for individual taste.

Visual & Styling Tips

  • Use bright, natural lighting to highlight textures

  • Focus on close-ups of fluffy peaks, fruit toppings, or chocolate drizzles

  • Shots of making the dessert or ingredients laid out work well for reels

  • Incorporate seasonal fruit or edible flowers for a fresh, colorful aesthetic

Tip:

The veringue will dissolve when it comes into contact with water-based liquid like fruit. Much slower with the cream (fat). 

Consider this for photos and videos: I place a barrier of cream between the veringue to prevent this because it sometimes takes a while to get the right shot.

Another tasty solution is to dip the veringue in melted chocolate, Leave it to cool a little first. Dip, then place in fridge for a while (I prefer dark chocolate to balance the sweetness of the veringue).

The chocolate barrier prevents any dissolving veringue.
