Take a pouch of

Follow Insturctions on the
Packet or on our
Add just 1 or 2 drops of Peppermint Oil to the mix at the very last minute and blend for just a few seconds

If you use the ready-made veringue you can add the peppermint flavouring to the cream or chocolate.
Peppermint Oil is very strong so just add a tiny drop at a time and taste as you go
Melt Vegan Dark Chocolate in a Bain-Marie


Dip and drizzle the veringue with the melted chocolate in decorative ways

Whip your cream -
I use Flora or Elmlea Plant Cream
Apply a generous scoop of cream to your veringue
I used a balloon whisk attachment
on a stick blender but a handheld mixer is perfect too.



Arrange your veringue on a dish




Put in fridge to harden the chocolate enough to handle more easily
Sandwich together
Garnish with fresh mint
Tip
You can even juice the leaves & add a little of the juice to the cream or veringue mix to give it some colour & flavour
